Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk - PERMANENT/IMMEDIATE

This individual will be customer service oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor. Hard working individuals with attention to detail and the desire to join a company in a permanent position are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Answering telephones and redirecting calls as needed
-Inputting invoices into the computer system in a timely and accurate manner
-Maintaining records for services performed and change orders
-Reconciling Accounts Payable
-Preparing invoices in a logical fashion for payment
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM
Requirements:
--Experience and Proficiency with general computer skills
--Intermediate in Microsoft Office
--Experience and proven ability to work in a fast-paced, busy office environment
--Exposure to handling deliveries, packages, UPS, Fedex, etc.
--Professional and friendly demeanor
--Ability to multitask
