Accounts Receivable Representative
Full Time Position - Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 05:00PM

Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable professional to join the team as an Accounts Receivable Representative.
Responsibilities include:
Assists with preparation of daily reports
Maintains cash receipts records
Enters daily cash receipts using accounting software
Adjusts accounts appropriately according to contracts
Investigates and resolves issues with payments/overpayments
Assists with monthly closing of cash activity
Writes miscellaneous correspondence
Performs other accounts receivable duties as designated
Required skills:
Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to solve practical problems
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must be organized and the ability to delegate responsibilities as needed
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of medical billing and/or previous work experience in a medical setting
