YOUR MISSION In collaboration with the Creative Director, the Head of Creative Services, and the Brand Marketing Team, creatives, develops and drives innovative brand stories for all channels across all physical and digital touchpoints including Media, PR, Social, Retail and Ecomm. Owns and leads implementation of brand visual centers; vision for the season, onboarding external partners & agencies and giving feedback to internal and external designers Collaborates with the Central Marketing Organization, Brand Marketing and Integrated Marketing Departments, and our PUMA regions to ensure on-brand business driving solutions Extensive experience in social trends, digital design, digital design systems, e-commerce and performance marketing (email, paid social & other media) Experience managing multiple agency relationships, and designers, across multiple projects with a clear brand design voice Ideate creative concepts beyond photo and video that incorporates new technologies, innovative use of mediums, and up & coming trends in modern art. Understanding of web3 including NFTs, gaming, metaverse, cryptocurrencies, and/or DAOs Ability to socialize and present creative work in a compelling and persuasive way to cross-functional partners and senior leadership, has excellent people skills Actively gains knowledge of PUMA's products and processes, trends, the consumer, and overall marketplace culture Effectively communicates and presents design concepts; creates presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts--mentors others to present their work a persuasive and compelling way Demonstrates expert-level knowledge of current brand trends, streetwear culture, technology, design systems and other design influences Shares knowledge, experience and skill with other design staff; works with design counterparts to ensure continuity across digital touchpoints Performs work in support of Brand plans; integrates company mission into daily work and planning; leads or participates in key initiatives with moderate or wide visibility YOUR TALENT Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or design-related equivalent 9
years' experience in brand marketing, art direction, digital design for large retail businesses or agency experience specific to the footwear/apparel industry Excellent in PowerPoint/keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Creative, bold, and digitally savvy Strong knowledge of UX/UI Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative and flexible Ability to prioritize multiple projects while simultaneously handling demands and changes Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Trello Deep understanding of culture including music, internet culture, streetwear, and modern art Willing to collaborate and open-minded to new ideas Excellent writing and communications experience Management experience of teams with 6

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
