The Opportunity The EF Ultimate Break team is looking for its next Senior Director of Sales to lead a dynamic, high energy, driven team in the day to day sales of tours.In this sales leadership role, you will be the driving sales engine behind a passionate team of thinkers and leaders. You are constantly determining what strategies and investments are right to impact the businesss growth. You will be a thought-partner to the President and work cross-departmentally with all functional heads on the companys most critical opportunities and challenges, including marketing, product development, financial planning, and key investments and organizational decisions. You will lead sales staff, develop sales leadership and innovate our current sales practices across our individual sales and group sales divisions, working closely with your team as together you make an indelible mark on the product and strategy.Responsibilities will include:
Develop the sales strategy for the business, leveraging data insightsLeading a team of 10-15 junior Salespeople; recruiting and continuously coaching new and seasoned talentManaging a high-volume sales environmentContinuously identifying new sales strategies and tactics to test and scaleCreating structured processes for pipeline management and assessmentAssessing performance at both the team and individual levelsCollaborating on the strategic marketing direction for the business, including identifying the optimal marketing channels, guiding the creative design, and verbalizing the product voiceThe Requirements Must have experience managing a high volume transactional Sales team & process Experience managing and developing new sales staff along with sales management. Must have experience developing and innovating on a pipeline management process Proven track record of innovating a sales process and developing new strategies for your team. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
