In this role you will be interacting with Greater Boston area customers over the phone, through emails and at our customer counter addressing customer service concerns, quoting material, providing information about products, and facilitating daily deliveries with our shipping department and other branches.
Industry knowledge is a plus, but not necessary as we will train you.
