Customer Service Representative Job
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will process orders for material or merchandise received by email, telephone, or fax from our sales dept.
They will act as the liaison between the sales dept and the production team.
The CSR will Inform customers of price, shipping date, anticipated delays and additional information needed by our customers.
The CSR will also prepare requests for quotations, including any pricing history for the estimator, then update the customer with new prices.
The CSR will follow up on orders when delayed or when customer calls to expedite.
When dealing with a customer complaint, must follow through until the issue is resolved.
