About the role:
Smartbear is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Leader to drive revenue in select Fortune 500 Accounts.
As a Sr.
Director of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of six strategic account executives within the sales organization.
A successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading a team of enterprise sales executives, achieving, and exceeding targets and working collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow enterprise revenue globally.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to drive sales strategies and positioning.
Build and lead a team of enterprise sales executives, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Manage the sales cycle, ensuring a high level of quality throughout.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cross-selling functions and maximize customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to executive leadership.
We are looking for you if you have:

years of Strategic Sales Leadership experience Software sales experience required, experience selling into the software development space preferred.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing enterprise revenue globally.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual planning activities including forecasting, pipeline management and effectiveness Oversee cross-departmental coordination to increase customer retention.
Help drive strategic initiatives and program improvement related to infrastructure, workflows, processes, CSM development Develop staffing plans and hiring of new team members as needed; including forecasting and determining future needs Within commuting distance to our headquarters in Somerville, MA Why you should join the SmartBear crew:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
