Provide prompt, friendly and attentive customer service Be willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others Be interested in working in a team environment Have an interest and willingness to learn about wine, beer and spirits Be able to produce results within an entrepreneurial atmosphere Have a high energy Be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and stand for most of their shift Be at least 21 years of age Be prepared to work nights and weekends TIPS Certification is a plus Wine Manager and Store Manager should:
Manage day-to-day operations of the store and Wine Department including driving sales, execution of sales programs, pull list, store walks, shelf review, vintage/class issues, and product ordering Train and execute pricing and signage strategies Keep store clean and organized Utilize strong product knowledge and displays a passion for learning more Actively participates in the coaching, training, education and development of the team Effectively communicate and provide direction to the team Utilize solid sales and presentation skills to maximize customer service Assist Manager with the manager on duty responsibilities Motivate and coach team to succeed at accomplishing goals and daily objectives Will be responsible for opening and closing the store as a key carrier Setup and Run tastings and events Job Type:
