Provider Appeals CoordinatorOur client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appeals Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As an Appeals Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that provider appeals are processed efficiently and accurately.
You will coordinate, process, and document all aspects of provider appeals across all of their product offerings This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams, to resolve appeals and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
o Review and analyze provider appeals to determine their validity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
o Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments to gather necessary information for appeal resolution.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appeals, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
o Prepare and submit comprehensive appeal documentation, including supporting evidence and relevant medical records.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on appeal status and address any inquiries.
o Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
o Previous experience in provider appeals, claims, or a similar role preferred.
o Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex information.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
