Vinfen supports thousands of adolescents and adults with psychiatric, developmental, and behavioral disabilities at more than 300 sites with 2,000 employees in eastern Massachusetts and Connecticut.
We are looking for compassionate, caring, dynamic staff to provide vocational training to adults with Developmental Disabilities in a day program setting. The Job Coach will assist individuals in developing job readiness skills and gain employment.
In this role you'll be responsible for the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) as well as recommended clinical plans with an emphasis toward community based employment. Job Coaches manage the daily operations within the workroom, facility and community employment settings. Additionally, Job Coaches monitor the effectiveness of clinical, educational and vocational programs and are responsible for the operations of all aspects of employment training, contract work, program maintenance, and community employment.
