Assistant Store Manager
Looking for a self-starter for an immediate PT/FT opportunity to join a well-established contemporary furniture retailer. Applicant should have an outgoing personality, a passion for interior design and great customer service.
Primary
Responsibilities:
-Basic showroom sales
-Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to sales volume growth; resolve customer questions and concerns.
-Assist clients with production design and interior design
-Oversee the daily operations, ensuring all operations are consistent with a customer service focus and merchandising standards
-Play an integral role in the selection of floor models, evaluation and development of strategies
-Maximizing sales productivity, and provide outstanding customer service
-Responsible for the entire store and staff when fulfilling the role of manager-on-duty and assist the manager.
Candidate attributes:
-At least five years of retail sales and management experience
-Strong analytic skills
-Basic design and display skills
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to learn and motivate others
-Ability to strive on the selling floor
-Flexible schedule to accommodate store hours, including weekends
