You will report to and work closely with our CFO, and collaborate with other members of the Paint Nite Management team and other employees, to help define, create and edit legal documents and contracts to both protect Paint Nite and help us move our business forward.
You will:
Setup Contract and (Non-Disclosure Agreement) NDA workflow process
Review of contracts and all 3rd party NDA's
Organize and track all contracts in place
Setup Contract Matrix summarizing all contracts in place
Setup State Matrix summarizing all statutory requirements to do business in all states plus Washington D C and Puerto Rico
Setup International Matrix summarizing all statutory requirements to do business in foreign jurisdictions (as identified)
Identify and resolve any non-compliance issues in states and foreign countries
Review insurance policies to adequate business coverage to minimize company risk
You Have:
Law Degree or currently pursuing a LawEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
